Working closely with our dealer partner and the clients architect, our congress range was used throughout the scheme. Natural Walnut veneers and solids were used in conjunction with low iron back painted glass in both support spaces and the cellular offices. Dimensionally the furniture was changed to suit the office layout and the power/data requirements. The ability to customize the product for the client and our local manufacturing base was a key factor in securing the project.

All desking had cable access doors within the modesty panel to create a void for surplus cables and equipment to be concealed. The screens within the office allow for the future installation of wall mounted overhead cupboards, without the need to dismantle or change the standard layout. Special secure storage units were designed with an opening to allow the user to recycle unwanted printed documents.

The conference rooms were again furnished from the Congress programme in Natural Walnut. The choice of solid softform edge profile and cable managed box bases provide the ideal solution both aesthetically and financially. Cable access flaps with stainless steel power plates were fitted, with floor boxes and loose cables captured within the box base to give a clean look to the room. The table tops had microphones fitted with all cabling again taken through the structure of the table.
